A new, cheaper delivery option! Order with DPD Pickup

From May 11th, the delivery methods available at WellU will be expanded with an option many people have been waiting for: DPD Pickup.

This solution allows you to collect your parcels in a convenient way — without waiting for a courier and without having to plan your day around the delivery time. You can collect your shipment from a parcel locker or a DPD Pickup point.

Why is it worth choosing DPD Pickup?

Above all, it is convenient. If you are not at home, you do not need to wait for a courier or change your plans. You collect your parcel when it suits you — quickly, conveniently and on the way.

Where can you collect your WellU parcel?

The DPD Pickup delivery option will be available in all countries to which we deliver orders, except for the United Kingdom.

How much does DPD Pickup delivery cost?

Parcels paid in advance / prepayment:
  • Poland – 16 zł
  • Czech Republic – 109 CZK
  • Slovakia – 4,50 €
  • Hungary – 1590 HUF
  • Other countries – 4,50 €
Cash on delivery parcels:

How to choose the DPD Pickup shipment option?

It is very simple. At the end of the checkout process, simply select the option: DPD Pickup.
Then choose a convenient parcel locker or pickup point — depending on which option is available for your shipment.

How to collect a parcel from a DPD Pickup parcel locker?

The most convenient way is to do it through the DPD Mobile app.

Step by step:
  1. Download the DPD Mobile app to your phone: from Google Play or download the DPD app from the App Store.
  2. Go to the parcel locker where your shipment is waiting for you.
  3. Open the DPD Mobile app on your phone and remember to keep Bluetooth turned on.
  4. Select the parcel you want to collect.
  5. Click “Open locker”.
  6. Take out your shipment and close the locker door.
  7. Enjoy your order!
Do not have the app? No problem. You can also collect your shipment by entering the pickup code on the keypad located on the parcel locker.
Done — the parcel is already in your hands and you can enjoy its contents.

Important information

ATTENTION! From now on, all parcels eligible for free delivery will be delivered բացառively via DPD Pickup. If you want your order with free delivery to be delivered to your home, choose a delivery option other than DPD Pickup — please note that this delivery method will not be free of charge.
Please also note that cash-on-delivery parcels will be directed to pickup points, not parcel lockers.

FAQ
