Information on the planned inventory – impact on order shipments
We would like to inform you that an inventory will take place at the WellU warehouse this week. It will begin on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM and will last until Friday, December 19, 2025.
How will this affect orders?
- Orders placed and paid for by 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 18, will be shipped before the inventory begins.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Thursday (18/12) and on Friday (19/12) will be shipped in the following week after the inventory is completed, which may result in delivery delays.
The need to verify warehouse stock levels does not affect:
- the operation of the WellU online store,
- the accrual of points,
- any aspects related to the closing of the accounting period.
Purchases made on these days will be automatically recorded in the system, along with your points.
