On 27.08 – 29.08.2021 in the charming, full of class and good style Krakow we will move into the past and into the future with a dance step. Dear Ladies, Dear Gentlemen, we invite you to dance! We announce the start of ticket sales for the event, and it will be an unforgettable event. The only one of its kind in its entire decade of existence!

Elegant as a Viennese waltz, DoubleTree + Hampton by Hilton is located 5 km from the 14th-century Wawel Castle and Main Market Square and 15 km from the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The hotel features a chic restaurant, business centre and banquet facilities. There is a spacious 22-metre swimming pool with geysers and underwater massage zone, jacuzzi, three saunas (dry, steam, herbal) and a 150 m² fitness centre. 

Two types of accommodation are available: 

1) Two nights in double or triple rooms in the Hilton Double Tree**** hotel wing (350 places). 

2) Two nights in double or triple rooms in Hampton by Hilton*** hotel wing (300 places). 

For the determined - those who already know they can't miss the WellU gala, we have 4-star rooms. Once the rooms in the Hilton Double Tree hotel wing are sold out**** we will include rooms in the Hampton by Hilton*** wing. 

For Business Partners of Vice President and above we have reserved 4-star rooms of higher standard. 

Each participant, regardless of accommodation, will be able to use the 4-star part of the hotel, including the hotel's Wellness area.

Attention! It is not possible to purchase only room accommodations for accompanying people without attending the conference. All attendees should purchase a ticket through the event tab. 

Information about the car park 

Those with Autoprogram WellU cars are provided free parking in front of the hotel throughout the event. 

Price of parking for other guests: 35 PLN/day. 

WHAT'S AHEAD? 

An unforgettable time, full of passion and emotions, as hot as Argentine tango. 

On Friday, 27.08 we open for you multilingual reception desk. We look forward to your arrival. 

On Saturday, 28.08 we will invite you for a moving journey into the past. The unique artistic setting of the event, which you have never seen before, will take you like a time machine to the very beginnings – the idea, the impulse, the founding idea of WellU. 

Business dress code applies during this part of the event. 

We will end this journey into the past with a gala banquet in glamour style, with an open bar and a spacious dance floor. It's the present in our timeline, so we'll try to make sure that each participant wants to be solely in the here and now. During this part of the event the Cocktail dress code applies, and for more sophisticated tastes the Black tie dress code. 

On Sunday, 29.08 we will look boldly into the future. In this section we recommend the Business dress code.

TICKETS FOR THE EVENT 

We estimate the value of the event at about  330 EUR /  285 GBP.

Until 1 July 2021 the ticket price is 220 EUR / 190 GBP. 

From 2 July 2021 the price will increase to 245 EUR / 210 GBP. 

We have scheduled the end of ticket sales for August 13, 2021. 

Ticket price includes: 

• Two-day participation in the conference, art program, coffee breaks, 

• Two nights' hotel accommodation in a 2- or 3-bedded room ***/**** with access to the Wellness area (spacious 22-meter swimming pool with geysers and underwater massage zone, jacuzzi, three saunas (dry, steam, herbal) and 150 m² gym), 

• Gift Pack worth approx. 110 EUR / 95 GBP, 

• Catering: two breakfasts - on Saturday and Sunday, lunch during the conference on Saturday and Sunday, 

• Gala banquet dinner with DJ on Saturday and open bar, 

• Additional gifts for those with Premium status.

Important information regarding the tickets sale:

• The event is organized following the Ministry of Health’s directions and in compliance with all safety and health norms. We will publish more detailed guidelines for our participants regarding the behaviour during the Gala closer to the date of the event.
  
• Purchased tickets can be paid for via credit and debit card, online transfer and the Paylution system. There is no option to pay for the booking with a traditional transfer.
• We request you to make your purchase with consideration, as no returns will be accepted.
• Information regarding accommodation and food preferences will be collected via survey. You will get the survey with ticket confirmation.
