Join us at the 2020 WellU Business Weekend!

Starting from the 13th of July you will be able to purchase tickets for WellU Business Weekend 2020!

It is going to be a special meeting of Businesspartners and WellU Enthusiasts. After many difficult

months that this year has brought us, the time has finally come to meet up together. With real

pleasure and beaming joy, we are inviting you to the annual WellU Business Weekend. This time on

the 26-27th of September, we will host you in the charming town of Karpacz, situated at the bottom

of majestic Śnieżka mountain, one of the most prominent points of the Giant Mountains. We can

promise you that the charming surroundings will be accompanied by interesting content filling up our

time there. A small teaser of our plans? It would make sense to be prepared for the first encounter

with Larens Colour cosmetics ;)

Important! The event is organized following the Ministry of Health’s directions and in compliance with all safety and health norms. We will publish more detailed guidelines for our participants regarding the behaviour during the Business Weekend closer to the date of the event.

What to expect from this year’s meeting? You will find a handful of the information below:

Regular pricing (available from August 18th till September 10th)

A 2020 Business Weekend includes:

accommodation in a twin/double room Saturday-Sunday (26-27/9/2020)
conference with coffee breaks and lunch on Saturday (26/9/2020)
dinner combined with a party with a DJ on Saturday (26/9/2020)
breakfast on Sunday (27/9/2020)
unlimited access to the Tropikana Water Park in th hotel between 8AM and 9PM (don’t forget your swimming suits and flip flops!)

! A ticket does NOT include transportation nor accommodation on Friday-Saturday (25-26/9/2020).

The hotel has 3 different kinds of parking: a free outside parking for 130 cars, a paid underground parking for 300 cars (40PLN/day/vehicle) and a paid outside parking for 140 cars (30PLN/day/vehicle).

The event is organized following the Ministry of Health’s directions and in compliance with all safety and health norms. We will publish more detailed guidelines for our participants regarding the behaviour during the Business Weekend closer to the date of the event. The event will most probably take place in 3 separate rooms, each with a maximum capacity of 150 people.
This year due to the Covid-19 related restrictions, we are not organizing a common coach transportation for our Guests from Czechia and Slovakia.
The 2020 Business Weekend shall end on Sunday after breakfast.
The room check-in will be available from 1:00 PM. The check-out has to be done before 3:00 PM.

Important information regarding the tickets purchase procedure:

The 2020 Business Weekend tickets purchase will only be possible via the EVENTS tab.
Businesspartners who make a purchase of at least 100 P in our store will be eligible to purchase the tickets at a reduced price.
With a purchase of a minimum 100 P a Businesspartner can buy up to 2 tickets at a reduced price - these can be used by a Businesspartner (a registered person) + a companion (the plus one does not need to be registered). When making a purchase worth multiple of 100 P the number of tickets available for purchase at a reduced price will increase proportionally (for a purchase of over 200 P one can buy 4 tickets, for a purchase of over 300 P one can purchase 6 tickets, etc.)
Tickets for others will be available in the EVENTS tab. They are available for purchase for Businesspartners, Clients and unregistered people.
Tickets purchase can be paid for with a: credit card, online transfer, and Payquicker system.
Please make sure that you make a thought-through purchase, as the tickets will not be refunded.
Information regarding room allocation and dietary preferences will be discussed with the participants individually over the phone.

Detailed rules of the promotional tickets purchase

The option to purchase the 2020 Business Weekend tickets at a reduced price is conditioned by a Businesspartner making an order of at least 100 points. The size of the order directly affects the number of tickets available for purchase, as per the list below:

100-199 P > up to 2 tickets at a reduced price

200-299 P > up to 4 tickets at a reduced price

300-399 P > up to 6 tickets at a reduced price

400-499 P > up to 8 tickets at a reduced price

500 P and more > up to 10 tickets at a reduced price

The option to purchase the promotional tickets for a single order in the given range of values exists in the Events tab for 14 days since the order date. To purchase more promotional tickets, one must first use the option given with the previous order.

An example

An order for 100P has been placed. This gives us a right to purchase up to 2 promotional tickets during the next 14 days in the Events tab. The next order worth 100-199 P placed during those 14 days will not give us a right to buy 2 more tickets.

After we use the right obtained with the first order, we can repeat the process with an order in the same value range.

If, however, during those 14 days we place another order in a different value range, we gain the right to buy more tickets (e.g. 4 tickets for an order of 200 P).
