Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 150 ml of water, mix and consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Dissolve collagen dietary supplement in water:

After adding water, the powder may stick to the walls of the vessel or not dissolve completely. This is completely normal and is due to the amount and properties of the natural ingredients used in the production of the dietary supplement. Natural collagen dissolves very poorly in water and organic solvents.

To obtain a homogeneous drink you can use a milk frother, blender or mix a portion by vigorously shaking the closed bottle with the product solution.
