Recommended serving for consumption during the day
Dissolve 1 serving - 4.61 g (1 scoop) in 150 ml of water, mix and consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Measurement included in the package.
