International WellU Gala 2019!
11th - 13th January 2019

During the second weekend of the upcoming carnival, already almost traditionally in the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre Warsaw, an International WellU Gala 2019 will take place!

Basing on the popularity of the previous Gala and the September Business Weekend, we are ready to host an even larger number of guests on board! This time we can take 300 passengers – just as many as the number of the brave Spartans who fought against Persians in the Battle of Thermopylae. Knowing you all, we already forecast that the temperature will beat the one of the Rio carnival. You can’t miss that!

Only until the 18th of November, we have 200 special priced tickets for you:

An early bird Premium ticket will cost 145 Euro / 125 GBP (with a purchase of min. 100p.), or 190 Euro / 165 GBP (when buying a ticket only).
A Standard* ticket will only be available until the 18th of November with a purchase of min. 100p. and will cost 120 Euro / 105 GBP .

The most important information about buying tickets:

* We must receive the payment within 7 days from the purchase – otherwise the ticket will be canceled.

** purchase worth min. 100p. entitle you to buy two tickets at a promotional price in the EVENTS tab. With a purchase of multiple of 100p. the limit of promotional tickets increases proportionally. The option to buy cheaper tickets remains active throughout two weeks from the order.

*** The Standard ticket will only be available in the early bird variant until 18th of November and exclusively with a purchase worth min. 100p. After 18th of November (or earlier, if we run out of cheaper tickets sooner) you will not be able to purchase a Standard ticket.

Terms and conditions of the tickets sale:

2019 Gala tickets will only be available for purchase in the EVENTS tab.
Businesspartnets making a purchase of min. 100p. will be able to buy tickets at a promotional price.
With a purchase worth min. 100p. a Businesspartner can buy a maximum of 2 promotional price tickets – those can be used by a Businesspartner (a registered person) and a plus one (this person does not need to be registered). With a purchase worth multiple of 100p. the number of promotional tickets available for purchase proportionally increases (for shopping worth over 200p. one can buy 4 tickets, for more than 300p. 6 tickets, etc.)
Tickets for the others will be available for purchase in the Events tab. These are available for Businesspartnes, Clients and unregistered people.
Purchased tickets can be paid for via traditional transfer, credit card, online transfer and the Paylution system.
When choosing a traditional transfer as a payment method: in order for the ticket to be valid, the transfer for the ticket must be received by us latest by 2PM of the 7th day counting from the ticket order date. All of the payments received later will be refunded to the owner’s account and the ticket for the event will NOT be valid. We encourage you to pay for the ticket latest on the 6th day from the order date.
We request you to shop with consideration, as no returns will be accepted.
Information regarding accommodation and food preferences will be collected via phone calls.

Terms of buying Gala 2019 tickets at a promotional price

The possibility of buying Gala 2019 tickets at a promotional price depends on making a purchase worth a minimum 100 points. The size of the order determines the number of promotional tickets available for purchase, in accordance with a list below:

- 100-199 p -> max 2 promotional price tickets

- 200-299 p -> max 4 promotional price tickets

- 300-399 p -> max 6 promotional price tickets

- 400-499 p -> max 8 promotional price tickets

- 500p and more -> max 10 promotional price tickets

The option to buy promotional tickets for a single order in the above value range exists for 14 days counting from the order date in the EVENTS tab. In order to buy more promotional tickets, one must first use the possibility earned with the previous order.

## Example

1. An order of 100p. was made. It gives us a right to purchase max. 2 promotional tickets within the period of 14 days. Another order of 100-199p value made within those 14 days will not give us a right to purchase 2 more tickets.

2. If the right to purchase tickets from the first order is used, the process can be repeated with the order of the same value range.

3. If within those 14 days one makes an order from a different value range, they gain a right to buy more tickets (eg. 4 tickets for the order of 200p.).
