The 2018 International WellU Gala!12-14 of January 2018
Gala will take place on the weekend of 12-14th January 2018 in a place that you already know from the previous editions – Double Tree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre Warsaw.
That’s not all! Only till 15th of November, we offer you 100 tickets in special price – it’s worth to make up your mind soon since the rumour has it that this upcoming Gala is going to be unique (even for WellU standards) and tickets are likely to be sold out soon…
If you manage to grab one of those 100 tickets until 15.11 you will pay 107£ for the Premium version or 85£ for the Standard option. However, if you decide to purchase yours after this date, or you run out of luck, as we run out of special price tickets, you still may get a second chance ticket (127£ Premium and 107£ Standard).
What is it that you are getting?
Premium Ticket (current price: 2nd chance 127£) includes:
• double-room acommodation Friday – Sunday (12-14th of January 2018)
• conference participation with included coffee and lunch (on Saturday and Sunday, 13th and 14th of January) breaks
• carnival masquerade ball with supper (13th of January 2018)
• delicious breakfast served in Garden Inn restaurant on Saturday and Sunday (13th and 14th of January 2018)
• access to wonderful wellness area with pool, sauna and steam room as well as fitness area with professionally equipped cardio area
• others: free internet access and outside parking
ALSO INCLUDES: optional bus transportation for our Guests from Czech Republic and Slovakia: departure on Friday, 12th of January 2018, return on Sunday, 14th of January 2018 after lunch

Some essential information regarding the purchase procedurę:
• Tickets can only be purchased in the EVENTS tab.
• Tickets are available for Businesspartners, Partners, Clients and their guests.
• Tickets are dedicated, so while booking them you need to assign them to a particular person – yourself, other Partner/Business Partner or invited guest.
• We offer a double room accommodation – we will assign rooms to participants after making a phone contact with you first.
• You can pay with a traditional transfer, credit card, online transfer, and the Paylution system.
• When choosing a traditional transfer as a payment method, a client is obliged to complete the transfer within 7 days from the order date. Should the transfer not be completed, a transaction would be automatically cancelled. Late transfers will not be accepted.
• We ask you to carefully consider your purchase, as we will not be able to accept returns.
