Due to the UK's exit from the European Union and the end of the transitional period, the logistics and warehouse costs of product distribution on this market increased significantly. We are working intensely on a comprehensive solution to fully handle the British market, but our highest priority was to resume shipments as quickly as possible. We have prepared and implemented a temporary solution for you that will allow you to order products to the UK.
Shipping to the UK - what you need to know
We ship the goods once a week, on Tuesdays. In order for your order to ship, it must be submitted and paid for by Monday, by 11:59 p.m. Note! A paid order is one for which we have recorded the receipt of funds on the account. We encourage you to pay with a virtual wallet or PayU system. If you plan to pay for your order with a traditional transfer (i.e. online bank transfer), place and pay for the order in advance so that the bank can book the transfer and that the Sales Department has time to record it. We kindly ask you to respect these two rules, because orders not paid for and not placed on time will not be shipped.
Due to the necessity of customs duties and a new form of transport forced by Brexit, the price of products sent to Great Britain will increase by approx. 13%. Shipping costs remain the same.
We would also like to inform you that due to the change in the VAT rate from 5% / 8% to 20% resulting from the departure of Great Britain from the European Union, the prices of Nutrivi and SlimFood products increased. This change is not up to us.
The price of marketing materials remains unchanged.
The waiting time for the package is about 10 days.
I want to ship to the UK once but I am registered in a different zone. How can I do that?
There are to possibilities.
As a person registered e.g. in Poland or Germany, you can place an order to your address, and then arrange the shipment to the UK yourself.
If you wish to ship to the UK directly from the system, you can do so, but you must change your registered address to UK before placing your order.
How to do that?
1. On the website, in the top menu, select the "account" tab.
2. From the list, select the "edit data" field.
3. In the "Registered address" field, you must enter the shipping address to which the package is to be sent.
4. Save the data using the green button at the bottom of the page ("save changes").
5. Now you can move onto the ordering process. After placing and paying for the order, you can return to your settings.
NOTE: Orders placed without meeting the above criteria will be cancelled.
I am registered in the UK zone but want to ship to another location. How can I do that?
If you wish to ship directly from the system outside of the UK and you are registered in the UK zone, please change your registered address prior to ordering, exactly as above. After placing and paying for the order, you can return to your settings.
